Fasting

I received a 3-day fast from the same chemist who formulated Thermo-Fusion.  I started the fast Mon., August 11, 2008, primarily to detox ALL of my organs.  I'm happy to say, that on Tues., August 12, 2008 I weight 3 lbs. less than I did yesterday!!!

Day 1: The first day was rough; with nothing solid to eat until 5 PM.  But, today has been much easier.
