Which Coral Calcium?
That would depend... Do you want one with added vitamins, or without? Those with added vitamins include Coral Calcium 2k Plus (best buy for your money), Bob's Best Coral Calcium 2,000 (2,000 mg of coral calcium and 2,000 iu's of vit. D, and... 100% RDA of the added vitamins), or Coral Calcium Supreme (1,000 mg. of coral calcium, 800 iu's vit. D and added vitamins).
Those without added vitamins include Coral Calcium-1 (Great Buy @ $16.95/btl.), Coral Calcium Daily (As Seen on TV), or SolarCal-D (NEW Barefoot/TV Endorsed Product - expensive...).
Those who are concerned, or have a difficult time taking caplets and capsules could use the coral calcium sachets. These tiny "tea bags" infuse the water with coral calcium, remove chlorine and other contaminents and raise the pH level of the water from it's polluted, acidic state to one that is healthy and life giving. I like to use this infused water to make juice drinks for my children, ice-pops, jello, anything that requires the use of water. I even drop a sachet in my dogs water bowl...
