Orders paid for by eCheck will be held for 7 - 10 business days, or until the check clears.

Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with our products and service OnlineCoralCalcium.com will refund 100% of your purchase price, MINUS SHIPPING, for up to *90 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be applied upon receipt by OnlineCoralCalcium.com of the unused portion of your order and/or any empty containers. Refunds will be made on specials at our discretion. *This return policy DOES NOT apply to Fastin, Enzyte, Stiff-Nights, Rockhard Weekend, Ogoplex, Suvaril, or Avlimil. Those products can be returned within 30 days, for an online store credit only. Please ship all returns to ONLINE CORAL CALCIUM, INC. 418 N. Broadway - FL 2, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591. Please include a copy of your original purchase receipt. Failure to meet these requirements may result in your refund request being rejected. 

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please choose Priority Mail International as your shipping option. If unsure, call 1-914-333-0466 or email sales@onlinecoralcalcium.com for price, options, etc. PLEASE NOTE: Many countries charge a customs fee (tax) on top of our shipping charges. We are not responsible for these charges.

For International Orders, due to the increase in credit card fraud we will only accept orders where the billing and shipping addresses match and a CORRECT shipping option is chosen. International Orders that do not meet these criterias will be deleted without notice. 

Attention: We primarily ship via UPS. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. If you require that your package ship to a post office box, please choose USPS Priority Mail, as your shipping option. 

All orders shipped outside of the USA must be prepaid in US funds. Some products may not be legal for import to your country. Therefore it is not our responsibility nor is it possible for OnlineCoralCalcium.com/Metrim.net to be aware of the customs laws in all countries. If you are not sure of the customs laws of your country, please do not order until you can verify that your order will clear customs. We cannot guarantee any shipment will clear customs nor the time it will take to do so. Orders confiscated by customs will not be refunded. Customer orders that are retuned by customs will be credited the purchase price, only upon the return of product by customs. OnlineCoralCalcium.com/Metrim.net cannot refund shipping charges. The customs number assigned to your package by the United States Postal Service will be kept on file. OnlineCoralCalcium.com will not ship orders that do not have a valid email address.
